IPTV “Invalid URL” or “Login Failed”: What It Means and How to Fix It
Login errors mean the server rejected your details or couldn't be reached. It is almost always one of four things, and a line check identifies which in seconds.
Step 1: Test your line
Before resetting your device or reinstalling your player, confirm the provider's server is answering and see how many of your connections are in use.
What causes it
- A hidden space or typo in the URL, username or password, often added when copying from WhatsApp or email.
- A missing port, or http:// vs https:// entered differently from what the provider gave you.
- The subscription expired, or the provider disabled the account.
- The provider moved to a new domain (DNS) and the old one no longer resolves.
- Your ISP blocks the server's domain.
How to fix it
1Check the line here first
Paste the full link into the checker above. “Invalid” means the server rejected the credentials; a connection error means the server or domain is unreachable.
2Retype the details by hand
Delete and type the username and password manually to remove invisible trailing spaces. Keep the URL's port exactly as given, for example :8080.
3Ask for the current DNS
If the domain doesn't resolve, the provider has probably changed it. Ask them for the new server URL.
4Try another network
If it logs in on mobile data but not at home, your ISP is blocking the server.
